Is it possible to hide your weapons?

I've checked the controls and I don't see any 'hide weapon' button.

It just feels weird holding a crossbow and a knife while in the lady boyle party and even the guards will tell you sheath your weapons while inside BUT I CANT.

You can. Keep the use key pressed.

People talk differently to you when you aren't armed btw. I am surprised you haven't figured it out by now.

I only figured it out on my second playthrough. And the fact that just pressing F once reloads your gun (if you have more than one bullet).

I looked at the button mapping in options (as I always do) and I checked the tutorials (as I always do). No mention of it there.

Maybe it could be mentioned in the tips when the game loaded but those are displayed for maybe half a second on my PC so I had to figure it out by myself.

well, maybe you didn't notice, but most modern games don't need you to check the controls because:

a) they are intuitive
b) to simple to bother

I always experiment with games when I play them. I stumbled on how to holster weapons early on.

Me too and it's not listed as holster/reload/use but as use so I found out by accident.

Same here I found it by accident. Though I wish there was a way to holster each hand separately. Sometimes I just want to use the heart to hear what the person is like or is thinking. It's kind of weird to also pull out the blade just to do that especially at the base. Then again it would be more disturbing to see a heart in someone's hand than a blade when running around .

lol this feels like a game where you'd never have to unholster your weapons.

Well found.

Been bugging me since launch, it says somewhere that you move faster with weapons sheathed but I had no idea how to.

And is it just me or does the Steam version not contain any manual whatsoever? I mean, I doubt the manual is required reading, but kinda annoying that 360/PS3 users get a manual and we get nothing at all. Woulda been nice to know how to sheathe weapons right from the start.
