Can somebody explain the reasoning of Rockstar
why they implemented a frame-delay in GTA SA? Does it have something to do with the console releases? I use the "San Andreas FPS Increaser.exe" made by Crazy Dude for GTAStunting.net. The default / vanilla / standard modifier is 14? 14 what? 14 milliseconds delay? I don't know how it exactly works, but when I set the modifier to 0 ms, GTA SA runs like a dream! My framerate was / is always capped at 60 FPS. Never had any (real) Hickups what so ever when playing this game, but with 0 ms it looks silky smooth! Without it, (vanilla setting) it tears my eyes out of my sockets! It's really a day-night difference. Framerate is still 60 FPS! Whats the deal? |
