One can only wait and see. Since it has been removed from all sites makes me think the others were correct that it may have something to do with music publishing rights?

I was looking at the steam store and noticed that GTA: Vice City isn't available anymore! I was going to buy it if it was on sale but it's simply not there anymore!

It's not just Steam, it's vanished from Gamersgate and Green Man Gaming too.

It's Rockstar's decision for whatever reason, possibly something to do with the upcoming 10th anniversary, who knows. I'd guess it will be back.

gta SA and VC had never been on my country store. from steam support few months ago they said that my country requested to take the game off the store

I believe they are going to release it again when GTA 5 is available for pre-order. However, I hope this happens soon because Ireally want to get it!
