What if the degreaser had no weapon switch speed?

No. The point of having a faster weapon switch speed is to pull off axtinguisher crits easily.

If that went away, almost no one would use it.

Anyways, then what if the axtinguisher became like the sun on a stick, but pyro version?

Nah. Flamethrower range is already short enough, any shorter and you may as well be hitting them with melee. Also, afterburn is a great harassment tool and is really not worth giving up for more burst damage. The Degreaser is for combo kills with secondaries and melees and I feel that's the role it needs to stay in.

More Synergy with the Bonus anyway, not so sure about the Powerjack itself.
