Since the Festives from last year had a chance to be uncrated in Strange quality...Does this mean that we shall get a Strange Festive Buff Banner? And perhaps a Crate #50 with a normal Strange Buff Banner inside?

Perhaps this is why they've been putting off Crate #50.
