I'm pretty sure there is/are secret message/s in the mecha update

I don't mean the japanese stuff, I think that's easy to translate so it's probably a joke or some nonsense, I'm talking about the two pieces of tape that seem to have a code written in them.
The Halloween update also had some kind of code but as far as I know no one deciphered it.

I took a guess in Google Translate, and the Blu text translates to "Mecha Engineer" so yeah, I'm guessing the Japanese is jokes. But I also questioned the code looking one.

EDIT: Attempting something, will return with results...if any.

I was thinking the computer printouts used as page breaks looked like some type of code people much smarter than I would find a hex code from...

It wouldnt be this easy. It is literally smashed into your face. Valve is sneaky with ARG's.
