Mecha Update Binary Translated?

Has anyone already translated all of the binary from the images? I translated the first bit from the main surveillance camera display and came up with this junk:

�*P͠UF2 ��$T�RR)PT

Has anyone translated from the other two smaller displays? I don't have Photoshop on this computer otherwise I would screen cap and clean them up so I could see exactly what numbers are what. That or I am just getting old...

Correct you are! Not sure what, if any, message the paper printout above and below the surveillance cameras is trying to convey. It's probably Russian, most likely...

Now look a bit closer at the blue camera images...

I attempted to translate one, it appeared to be gibberish. But I'm not sure, maybe I did it wrong or you had to input all of them at once or something.

It very well may be gibberish, who knows. Might as well throw the gibberish in here. What section did you translate?

Maybe we need to translate the gibberish using another type of code. It's definitely not hex.
