Angry Gmod Engine Error

Hello I have a problem with my gmod. This has never happened before I got my new gaming computer with windows 8, (had win 7)

Here is the picture : http://imgur.com/4NPch

If you're lazy it says :

Steam Error:No Steamuser

-Make sure that steam is up to date
-Try restarting your PC
-Try Garry's Mod -> Delete Local Content

Now the only thing that works is Restarting computer but I can only play the game once, after I quit and start the game this sh-t comes up.

Windows 8 probably doesnt work well with Steam games

try downgrading to Windows 7 to see if it solves the problem

Thanks guys! (Especially PELUXA1)
Fixed it by uninstalling steam and removing folder, then reinstall it with all the games, took some time but worth it!

I honestly can't be ed to do all that just to fix the problem, there has to be a more simple solution.
