Isaac with GPU acceleration!

You know Isaac can't use GPU and because of this it runs crappy on High detail.

Edmund said that they can't use GPU because of projector/encryptor software they use doesn't support it: http://www.formspring.me/EdmundM/q/333745371937273707

But in the latest Humble Bundle 7 they put pure Flash SWF file in the download page of Linux section!

How to run that SWF file with Windows?

1- Download that SWF file of Isaac WOTL from Linux download page of HIB-7

2- Download this: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...ayer_11_sa.exe

and put it to C:\

3- Right click to Isaac SWF file then Click "Properties" then Click "Change" button next to "Opens with". Click "Browse" button and select "C:\flashplayer_11_sa.exe" and press OK button.

4- Now you can open SWF files directly. Open Isaac SWF file.

Now you can play game with GPU acceleration. You cannot make it full screen but you can maximize window. Maybe someone else will figure out how to make it full screen.

As you can see Steam cannot use GPU but pure Flash SWF uses GPU.

Someone said that you can dump swf file using a tool named "SWF Memory Dumper". This way you don't need to get Humble Bundle. You can extract SWF file from your own Steam copy. I didn't try it. You can look at this thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/bindingofisa..._acceleration/

Also you can get Humble Indie Bundle for a penny.

I don't get what the importance of this is. I personally don't get any lag but I've seen playthroughs on YouTube where people have lag but it's not that bad.

Does this make it look better or something?

I guess, maybe just if you have an older computer this might help?

It has nothing to do with older hardware. The game doesn't require much CPU power. I have an i7 and get a lot of stutter even with nothing else on the screen.

Yes. Since the save locations are the same, they'll unlock as soon as you launch the game from Steam.
