Unhappy Steam Account got hacked.

I try to log on today from Steam Clients using my user name and password that i been using for past 2 years but i couldn't log on for some reason.

I also try to reset my password using Retrieve Account Info - Steam and the Verification code but it seem like someone hacked my e-mail account as well cause it won't let me reset the password. That's how i find out my account got hacked. I need my account back i paid for a lot games also i linked my steam account to my credit card this hacker already took some money off my account. I am willing to provide any kind of information if needed. Please help me to get my account back Steam Support?

Just so you guys know Steam Guard enabled. But someone just too good at hacking people account even tho Steam Guard enabled.

Any help i would really appreciate it.

Did you contact Steam support??

There is nothing that can be done here to help you.

What Sepioth said: wait for Steam Support: nobody here can help you. And perhaps contact your creditcard company to prevent further abuse?

For the future: did you use the same password for your email account and your Steam account? If so, you may want to reconsider that to make it a bit harder to hack both accounts.

Good luck getting your account back!

If the password has been changed the card info should have been deleted.

But you need to contact support and prove ownership

If you did not give away your account details,
this person just had the luck that you infected your computer with a keylogger or something,
because if he hijacked your account with steam guard enabled, he had to have access to your email account as well!

This means, all your associated accounts with that email would be hijacked.
And you might have the problem still on your computer.

Clean computer>save email>save accounts.
Dont forget secret questions, alternative email, email forwarding settings, etc.

Yes, he hijacked all my account with this e-mail even tho my older Steam Forums & Steam Support accounts that's why i had to make both account again. I got lucky cause he didn't know about my origin account. I hope steam will do something about this guy. Oh i already reinstall windows 7 yersterday.

if you've Ever created a Support Ticket.

then you need to actually need to supply the ticket number.

even though they have the ticket number.

you should use a ticket number that you havent posted on afarnworths steam profile..

a private steam ticket should be issued to regain your account.

there is a youtube video on this process

no it will always be valid as proof of purchase.

it gets removed from the history so nobody can buy games with it when the account is stolen.
