Mommy help me D:(meanie hackers)

I was called in to ban a engineer who could teleport instant build level 3 sentries to his view.
It scared me. I was watching to make sure he was hacking(I just joined) and I watched as 7 level 3 sentries appeared on point. This is the scariest thing since last year when I saw a huntsman hacker.
May be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thread name, but seriously I didn't know hackers could ♥♥♥♥ing teleport sentries all over my base.

Diamond back and dead ringer, Fun fact, when i see hackers i switch to spy with dead ringer and i can play just like nothing is happening, something is pretty wrong here dud

You sure it wasn't MvM? You can build level 3's instantly during the preperation phase.
