I use Bill's, Vintage Merryweather, Flamboyant Flamenco, and 70's Chapeau.

I don't know what the best hat for combine with Last Breath

Just go for practicality and use the Attendant

Like anything. White Flamboyant Flamenco
White Head Warmer
Attendant

All the Pyro hats that are already considered 'good' on their own.

spine chilling skull 2010 + deus specs (spine twisting would probably work also, might look better)

Last Breath looks pretty darn good with any hat that already looks good. It's like the Foster's Facade in that it goes with everything. Actually, I could say that about any of the Pyro's head replacements...

As already stated, the Vintage Merryweather, Flamboyant FLamenco, and Wraith Wrap are all good choices. The Voodoo Juju also looks good with it IMO. Oddly, the Point and Shoot seems to go well with it too. The Warsworn Helmet w/Last Breath makes pyro look like some kind of weird Megaman villain, so you might like that.
