I've bought from them several times. No issues. Decent customer service too.

Same, they're an excellent online retailer and have some good deals from time to time.

Keep in mind, they're handing out fake/broken/illegitimate keys for Sonic ASRT. You might want to double check everything first for this sale.

Get Games Go is owned and operated by EuroGamer. They get their keys directly from the publisher, what are you talking about?

Sometimes if the payment is failure, GGG will send you an invalid key instead of telling you. It sounds funny but it happens

That's a bizarre business practice...

That doesn't change the fact that the system can be so messed up and although it's not their intention to hand out invalid keys or even worse disaster, it happens.

See Steam's incident of Sleeping Dogs, or Gamersgate's Holiday catastrophe?

Yes, but a proper company will fix it for you. So why worry about it? Otherwise, as you've named other companies that have messed up, you'd have no-one left to buy from.

How does their system work when you buy DLC from them?

Thanks,

You mean the sleeping dogs price mistake? That happens all the time on steam. I don't recall their being any invalid copies.
