While personally I think the Blaster is fine as is...

This sounds hysterically fun. And I don't even think it would break it.

Maps would explode. Everywhere. The ceiling would have to be lowered, meaning demos/soldiers can't jump, amongst other miscellaneous horrible, devious, map gibbing things.

It runs on boost, meaning you can't actually reach the ceiling. You'd run out of boost before you could reach it. Plus, even if you could, it says up and along walls, not ceilings.
