Questions on creating new DS for source

Would i need to buy a new source/key in order to run a DS and be able to play at the same time? or would i just need to create a different account with same cd key or is a cd key not even needed???

with the hldsupdatetool ....

So wut ur saying is that i can have steam on my computer, play source, and run a dedicated server on the same system.

Or I can have steam on my computer, play source, and create a new account for a DS
(would i need to buy another cd key to create the new account if need be??)

Or i can have steam and dl that tool and be able to run a DS free?

If you run it through steam, you dont have to have TWO accounts. But i would not do that if i were you. It lags. =|. On srcds or hlds , you dont need a steam account.
