Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale is today's deal. I really want it, but I only have $2.50 in my account.

Once again the DLC is overlooked! Way to go Saints Row 3 for NOT playing the game!

The Sims 3 at 66% off is this weeks midweek madness, some of the DLC is also on offer (all of them are 66% off with the exception of Pets, which is 50% off, Master Suite stuff, which is 25% off and Showtime / Showtime Katy Perry edition, which isn't on sale at all!)

While I don't care for Sims, I'm happy those who like it can get a great bargain on it and the DLC.

Too bad you can't just buy the DLC without having the base game on Steam. Well you can but you have no way of checking the CD Key for it then.
Already own Sims 3 + Late Night as retail and I dont want to buy another copy of Sims 3 just for getting the DLC cheaper.

Sims 3 is not such a bargain in the UK where the $1 = £1 approach to pricing means the UK pays $16 to the US's $10.

Germany here. 15,29€ (= 20.0568 USD). I win, you lose. Hah-...oh wait.

Is it safe to buy there?

If they send you the entire product (packaging and media), then yes. If it's just a scan/text email containing the CD key, then you could face some problems in the future as you won't be able to prove ownership.

Given the sales available throughout the year from known authorized sellers, it's probably not worth using CD key stores for Steamwork games.

They could be in the UK where the price would be in pounds. The 78% off could be a typo.
