Question about LODS and Polygon count?

is there a percentage figure for each LOD in regards to polygon counts.

example say LOD1 = 75% of total polygon count. so 10,000 would become 7,500 polygons.

You could take a look at one of the Valve models in HLMV and see the polycount for each LOD.
