Linking xbox profile to steam account?

I'm wondering if this is possible. I really want to play TF2 and get the achievements for it on my xbox 360 profile, but it's (imo) not as fun on the 360 as on the PC, and there are fewer good servers. It would be perfect if I could connect my two accounts somehow and get the achievements through TF2 on the computer, yet have them registered on my 360 account as well.

If it were a Game for Windows Live game than that might be possible to get your achievements from the PC version on your XBL account. I don't think the Orange Box is a GFW game.

Windows and Steam don't have Gamerscores, so ironicly there will be no wai to transfer your achievements on PC to the 360.
