How do I make maps for TF2?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering how to make maps for TF2? In the SDK menu it only lets me choose DODS, CSS, or HLDM.

Source SDK Release for TF2, Portal and EP2 come out October 30th apparently.
