Can't make maps for css

I want to make maps for css, but when i load hammer in the css config, it comes up with the 'Hammer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' error. I have tried refreshing sdk content, resetting game configs, and reinstalling source sdk, but none of them worked. I need help!

this error i get when i haven't run CSS after deleting the Gameinfo.txt.

try -engine ep1 in launch options for source sdk?

Ah! thank you. I was wondering why css wouldn't show up under "current game:"
