The Known Issues & Workarounds channel and the EVE Online Knowledgebase have solutions for a lot of issues and you may be able to get the help you need to fix the problem there.

Also, you can simply file a petition to EVE Online Customer Support by sending an email to support@ccpgames.com or via the in-game Petition System if possible.
