Hi,
First of all, thanks for your wonderful and helpful work. And for making this thread. My computer can not run HL2:LC. But I really want to have HDR. Money wont be much of a problem here. Could you help me with telling me which things need to be upgraded? Processor Intel Pentium 4 2800MHz Display Card NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700LE Memory 512MB Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Free Disk Space 83.02GB Display Card Memory 128MB Display Driver Version 8.1.9.8 DirectX Version 9.0c Optical Drive CD/DVD Sound Card SoundMAX Digital Audio |

I would recommend at least another 512MB of RAM to bring the toal up to 1GB. A better graphics card which in turn would probably mean a new motherboard from the jump to PCI Express. Finally a better CPU. A move from onboard sound would be a good idea too as all the FPS in the world doesn't mean anything if your games sound like crap. |

What are the exact requirements for HDR without lag? Oh and the sound is fine I think... thats just optional. At the VALVe store there were some recommended system requirements for HL2:LC: Recommended: 2.4 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection And I think I got all of this, isnt it? But I cant run HDR, so which are the minimum requirements for running all HDR maps without lag? Anyone? Thank you all for your support.
