Steam Servers are too busy, Cannot download TF2

Hi.
I wrote a letter to The support team and i got an anwser but it didn't anwsered anything.
So my problem is this:
On Friday I wanted to start Playing TF2 and I got a message: There is problems with the files it will start to re-download the bad files. I said OK and so I waited 30secs and i got this message again and again... I restarted the computer but still got errors. So I uninstalled it and I tryed to Download&Install it but now it says the servers are too busy. I waited 10 mins. Still busy servers. 20mins. Restart PC Delete clientregistry.blob waited 30mins... but Still Busy
I tryed it with other games, like CS:S and Peggle Extreme, And i can download and install them. I can install and download anything expect TF2!
Now It's Sunday at here (Hungary) and the servers are still busy for TF2. The support team anwser didn't help me bit. It said try to switch between the update types, but of course I can't because the game is not installed. I wrote them (Sended a question) again. I hope somone can help me!
Sorry for my bad English but I wrote this quickly and I'm kinda' ANGRY at the moment If you want I can post screenshots. PLZ HELP!

(In a nutshell Can't download TF2 because the servers are busy, but I can download other games like CS:S, 2 days later the servers are still busy)

Thanks but I know about that FAQ My connection is good no problems with firewall nod32 (I can download ANYTHING expect TF2 I wroted it down earlier) and No Virus found in the computer but thanks

now I got another problem! With gmod this time! It's says:" Steam Has Found a problem with your local games file. Game files will now Re-acquired from the Steam Servers.

Well I'm gonna try it out with disabling NOD...

I don't think it's the NOD because i can download other games as i said before... (CS:S Peggle Extreme)
Btw I can't disable it because my brother thinks if i disable it I will got some kind of a Virus and he don't let me to do any changes... (No no he won't help me he never helps me)
Plus If you read the whole first comment you should know that i got my first problem with the files and it's wanna re download again but it won't i just keep get that ******* error message... I can't play with gmod now... But I won't uninstail it!

Try deleting all files from you Steam installation folder except Steam.exe and SteamApps folder. Note:If you want to keep your favoritue servers list make a backup copy of file serverbrowser.vdf located in C:\Program Files\Steam\config.
(I assume you got Steam installed in C:\Program Files\Steam)

OKay I will try it Btw I go to a 1 week vacation. if this didin't solve the problem i hope it wil lbe good when I come home

Im having that problem too, with garry's mod and every other one of my games, and when i try to reinstall them, servers are too busy and i have no antivirus software or firewall.
