Start Loop

I played the game when I first got it. But for some reason now when I start it, the game says steam is starting it. It asks me if I want to play it. When I do it just loops. Starts, asks, starts, asks......
I have Windows 7 32-bit
I tried putting in in/out of compatibility modes...nothing
I tried running as administrator....nothing
Fullscreen=0.....nothing
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
