CS serial key error solution

The Steam version wasn't published by Deep Silver - Steam got this version from GSC directly. All support issues regarding installaton and serial problems can be send to support@gsc-game.kiev.ua
This is the information I get after 2 weeks of mailing to different support center regarding Stalker Clear Sky

Hope this help us that never have played CS beacause of installatin error on serial key. I am waiting answer from GSC soon I hope :-)

The problem is that GSC isn't returning anyone's emails. Good luck with that, but when (and if) they do, they'll tell you to take your problem to Steam.

Steam still hasn't responded to me about my ticket on the issue, and that was a week ago.
