I changed the bios several times. There is no 100% solution, or is the recoil, or movements, registro etc. I'm changed all the bios and does not work well.

Control panel --> Appearance and personalization --> Display --> Custom dpi setting: Untick "Use windows XP style DPI scaling"

Press apply --> Restart computer --> test the game now

It's all about motherboard's master clock stability, in which power quality plays a big role. The guy who said about motherboard was right;

The problem is that newer architectures have their own master clock embedded in south bridge chip, and it is a piece of clock. Core 2 duo/quad and older still uses motherboard's master clock, although most of the boards has a low quality clock.

Try enabling pci-lock from msconfig startup advanced settings
At your own risk ofc, seems to help me at least.

Well after being in this thread since page 6, tried more than 30 fixes, tried top of notch pc, old p4 pc, benq 120hz with blurbooster to crt, Linux, osx, ati, NVidia, power supply, electric source, etc. I can finally tell that I found the solution. It works from every pc that I have and have been solid rock for more than a year. Simple turn off the virtual memory (yeah I know it`s not recommended but you will notice the system fluid since the desktop) and disable hibernate completely (terminal command). You know your system is ready if there`s no hiberfil.sys, pagefile.sys and swapfile.sys hidden in your c:\. To check that, go to folder options enable show hidden files and uncheck hidden system protected files. You should not delete the files directly, instead disable those services.

The game is so fluid that it feels MUCH better playing with my MacBook Air with Intel HD 5000 with only 80 fps and 60hz screen than with a good pc and benq xl2420t (120hz+300fps) with hibernate and virtual memory on.
