Updating customer service would be useful - provide a telephone number? Your (VALVE - lol) repsonses take too long and staff seem unable to read plain english.

That was rude stating valve is the company, not steam... I know that, but it's easier to fit STEAM into my whole explanation. If you have a problem with that, you shouldn't be a volunteer. I would write you an essay, however, this is not the place.

I am mad more than just downtimes and still people are failing to realise that; they failed to acknowledge my first post. Here: Valve as a company has awful customer service; that I have experianced. They always replied poorly and missed the point. Took too long to respond. Infact once it went over five days, and other occasions past three days. They failed to refund me too. Conclusion is Valve still don't have it right - Lame, lame and yes you guessed it... lame.

Same here, not able to connect to the Cloud Server or the Gameservers. Only the Store works just fine -.-

Mine has just come online. Everything seems ok, but I have only a few friends online which tells me a lot of them are still having trouble maybe
