It is the fact that people like yourself cannot empathize with the other 30+ million people who might not have your exact situation. And you would rather insult those who do. I used to work as an engineer with business critical systems. I can imagine how fast I would have been fired for saying the same to a customer

Out of curiosity is Washington/Portland still going through maintenance or experiencing issues? I restarted steam just recently and now it's unable to connect to the steam network.

Also it's down quite often even without the downtime thread Announcements.

Also down for ten mins or even one min When playing games like DD and 2 hours in getting to wave 23+ then kicked because steam goes down is 2+ hours wasted for nothing.
So yes some ppl have a right to be cheesed off.
