Hunter Training map
just something i thought i would share with the community...
its a Hunter training map, someone made it without the SDK (dont ask how, i dont have a clue) it helped me a lot, heres the URL: http://www.fpsbanana.com/maps/76114 |

Nice, judging from the pics, it should help you increase your accuracy and teach you how to wall jump better...

The tech in my thread http://forums.steampowered.com/forum...42#post8863442 make it easier, but it's still a great map to work on hunter agility and accuracy. I can't wait for some harder ones to come out.

yeah, definitely a good map for working on skills. It's been posted multiple times already though.
I'd also like to see some more maps specifically designed for working on hunter skills. |

What skills do you mean? Something like techs, or something more abstract like target selection or timing?

yeah, it's great for wall jumping.
Kaizoku, yes, target selection and timing, something like that would be great. Kinda like a shooting gallery for hunters. ![]() |

Howbout one for smoker skills? Oh wait, you can't get a lock-on on a moving target anymore (they have to be still) because the lead was removed just like the hunter lock-on nerf.
It's FKD now. I used to play with really good 'infected teams. Now we all leap through people in straight corridors because we can't get a lockon. |

yeah, I'd like the default range put back to where it was, too. I'm seriously considering increasing it again on my servers, I just really try hard not to interfere with the "default" gameplay.
I honestly think it needs tweaked though. Here's hoping they take another look at it. |

love to give this a try, but I am totally unable to set up a console button in L4D, I enable it ingame but cant find the button to get the actual console ( which normally is ² for valvegames ), even tried setting it up in my config files but when I load the game it automatically changes back to default :/
anyone know what to do? |
