TF2 server. rcon command question

is there a command to restart a server from rcon?
Ive search everywhere and cant find an answer to this.

I have a server hosted with gameservers and Im tired of always having to log into my.gameservers.com to restart my server....

or

quit

Assuming they use the standard srcds_run Linux script, in should restart within 10 seconds. If they use their own crash protection script, it may take longer or shorter. Depends on how they have it set up.
