Nobody can see my steam chat messages

Title says it all.. All of a sudden nobody can see my steam chat messages. i spammed EVERY person on my list, and not one reply.. i went into a friends game and he said he wasnt recieving any messages. Then i started calling a guy, and he ignored it, (but he could recieve the call).. and yeah thats about it.. any help would be GREATLY appreicated..

P.S: Sorry if i put it in the wrong section.

Same. Same for my friends. And my friend's friends. And my brother. I think it's something wrong with Steam. I've also tried posting a thread on this, but both time something with the Steam site went wrong and they weren't posted.

Yeah, took me a while to figure out why my friend wasn't responding to me. I ended up launching another chat program we occasionally use to ask him about it. We're not getting messages from each other.

If you're in a group, enter the chatroom - it worked for me and a friend of mine.

But I have no idea why this is happening, maybe a little input from VALVe...?

Use group chat/multi user chat for now.
