I added Cave Story+ to the wiki for you guys.
You'll find your saves here: Steam Install Folder\steamapps\common\cave story+\Profile.dat |

The Wonderful End of the World (2008)
--unknown-- on Windows 7, that's under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\the wonderful end of the world Although I'm not sure what file is the save file and what is just everything else, best to back up all of it. I also know that I just migrated the contents of that folder from my old XP computer to my new Windows 7 computer, so it's already under [COMMON] on XP too, I presume. Hey, would you have any idea where the game: AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! – A Reckless Disregard for Gravity saves it's junk to? |

I contacted Popcap games to find the save location from Feeding Frenzy 2, it turns out the saves are in the registry. It may work for other older Popcap titles. Here is what they sent me. I have confirmed it works. Cheers.
---------------- Feeding Frenzy 2 does not have a traditional save file in the standard directory. It's actually saved in your computer's registry. The way to copy it to a new machine is as follows: 1. Start Menu -> Select "Run.." 2. Type "regedit" and hit OK. 3. In the registry editor, navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GameHouse\Feeding Frenzy 2 4. Right click on Feeding Frenzy 2, and select "Export". Select a file name and location for the file and click "OK". You should end up with a .reg file. 5. Save that file to a secure location. 6. Re-install the game on new or reformatted computer. 7. Copy .reg file back onto machine from backup location. 8. Double click the reg file. At the "Would you like to add the information..." prompt, click "Yes" 9. Run the game - you should have your save games. |

I didn't see the Binding of Isaac in here.
It comes in two parts. The first part is the serial.txt file in the game's Steam directory: Steam\steamapps\common\the binding of isaac\serial.txt The second part is the flash portion, so.sol, located here: %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\<random string>\localhost\so.sol Both are required to accurately reproduce your accomplishments/etc. in The Binding of Isaac. This is for Windows 7, not quite sure about XP (probably closely the same - Macromedia is in the Roaming Application Data folder), and I imagine this would work with the new expansion. |

I can't seem to find The Dig savefiles anywhere. I have tried the Steamapps folder, the Userdata folder, all folder under My Documents and... Nothing.
![]() I've also searched the Wiki, to no avail. Does anyone know where I can find them? |
