Oblivion, Morrowind and Call of Cthulhu!

Edit 3: Hold tight. The pages were removed. Might be coming this weekend, who knows!

Looking good

Edit: Not available to buy anywhere yet apparently. There's a news item on it in the Valve RSS stating a 20% off for the first week. Nothing about price range yet though.

The games did have a 10 dollar tag before they were taken off, but who knows; don't consider it a given yet that that's going to be the price range.

Edit 2: Popup news: http://cdn.store.steampowered.com/me...=english&cc=US

Call of Cthulhu was buggy and you could end up not being able finishing it so its not particularly desirable to be able to buy that.

Agreed Call of Cthulhu was buggy as hell, yet still for some strange reason I managed to enjoy the game. Sucker for punishment I guess ;-)

Can't buy them yet, shame.

Considering their age I hope they will not be set at silly prices.

Apparently they're going to sell Oblivion for 10 bucks.

Also apparently they must have announced it earlier than supposed. There's no buying option on the pages and there was an Oblivion forum that was deleted just a minute ago.

yup, there's also a news item on it in the valve RSS I subscribed to. Weirdly enough it's just not on the site itself. Apparently they're going to have a 20% off deal for the first week. Nothing on price range though.

@General Frags: It's not a US only thing (yet), it's just that the RSS feeds beat them to actually making it available on the site. As far as I know it's not available yet anywhere.

Restart steam and you'll get a pop up on it, weekend sale.

Hope we'll get to use current cd-keys for these games hate having to rebuy.

The vitally important question is do the Steam version of Morrowind and Oblivion support the full suite of user mods? They're decent games on their own, but the real strength of Elder Scrolls games is their moddability and the massive amount of community support they receive. It's also the reason you never want to buy one on a console.

Anyway, it's just great to finally see those games coming to Steam.

It would be even more awesome if Bethesda released their whole game catalog or at least the entire Elder Scrolls collection on Steam.
