I've listed all 15 pages here with CTRL+F "skin" - and no similiar threads.
So, as you can see from the title - you can post your ideas about any skins here.
Why this subforum? Because skins are created by community. And here this thread can't sink, like it could on the main page.

So, I'm starting.

scout--sandman: ball -> any head wearing helmet from the "Meet the Soldier", bat -> shovel.

pyro--flamethrower: Zippo lighter.

soldier--rocket launcher: dual rocket launcher from the Matrix3.

spy--knife: pencil, like in the movie "Rock'n'Rolla"

medic: dispenser with legs

demoman+hat: pirate hat, smoke pipe, parrot.

scout--bonk!: sandvich, "Axe" deodorant, canned food, can with blood[for zf_maps].

heavy--sandvich: bonk! [yes, he can eat metall!], brain [for zf_maps]_{i love this idea too!}

pyro--flamethrower: barbell [for fun taunt].

Oh... this may already have been done (I am too lazy to check) but here's something.

Jarate = Red liquid instead.

Bonk! - Forge (and specific sound during Scout 's using this)
Bonk! - Baby Milk with Dummy

Jarate - the Jar with Alcoholized Mutant

Dead Ringer - the watches with Mickey Mouse

C&D - watches of the "Predator"

Knife - the tail of the "Alien" (see the game AvP2)

Saw - the claw of the Wolverine

Sniper Rifle - the micropistol from the movie "MIB"

SMG - soap bubbles' gun.

Kukri - mow's edge
Kukri - tooth-brush from the "Meet the Sniper".

Soldier<->Demoman: exchange their primary weapons.

sticky bombs - cactuses in pots.

scout's pistol -- he shoots bullets using his Finger.
