I don't think he's dead, I think he's just pushing the tree until it falls over so he can continue on.

ACE could put him in a cutscene somewhere on the next game featuring him pushing the tree until it falls, and so he goes on his straight line into a happy ending

However, i was expecting to have to make the tree move, or something, i was kinda disappointed when it proved not to be that way and you just left him there |

Sorry guys... he died.
![]() He's stiff as a log, completely silent and all brown... (it's not that the animator was lazy). I think those three things pretty much say he's dead. What else could we have done to make it clearer? We couldn't make his head fall off, could we? ![]() |

I was kinda disappointed. I thought the idea of the Oxameter guy was cool, and how he could keep appearing here and there as he progresses. But for him to just die the second time you see him? Whats the point in that? Seems a bit anti-climactic. First thing I think of is Chekhov's gun. Why have him there if he has no purpose? |

I still think you should have made some sort of thing where you knocked the tree down for him and he continued on... |

I thought of him more as a force of nature, like a river, than as a "person," slowly wearing down whatever obstacles were in his way, eroding them until he could pass.
By the way, I probably would have laughed if his head fell off. >_> |

Yea, I knew he was dead, look at the colors of it, like old metal.
Its very sad for me atleast haha, I dont know why. Btw the game its very unique, it has really trapped me into it, in a good way. Its an awesome game. Thanks for this game, ACE Team <333. Last edited by Ramms : 06-30-2009 at 08:57 PM. |

Please put something into ZC2 that lets you bring Oxameter back to life.

I liked Oxameter... Too bad... Why do the good ones die first??!!!
Also, is that a vase on his head or is it his actual head? I'm asking this because nothing on Zenozoik is what i expected, a strange world, so I have no doubt it could be his head... |
