As far as I can tell, there were three pages connected via hidden links, but these links seem to have disappeared. The three pages are:

http://www.teamfortress.com/classless/hidden/barbary/
http://www.teamfortress.com/classles...advertisement/
http://www.teamfortress.com/classles...n/enigmatical/

I don't know if there was a fourth...

EDIT: The links seem to randomly appear and disappear, like the Spy in the "Sniper" update.

2. Pick up hat
3. ???
4. PROFIT!!!

At least, that's what other people have been suggesting for a while now.

In case anyone's interested, the hidden links were as follows:

-the monocle of the man on the left
-the gears behind the people in the picture

The last one with the newspaper article seems to be similar to the Saxton Hale Spy merchandise, but the last box seems to hint at the Soldier update being the next. (Which is probably old news for most, but I'd like to say it anyway.)
