Hey, i am interested in buying mini ninjas but in the demo my logitech controller doesn't work. Does somebody know how to get it to work because if it doesn't i will skip.

Try this

1. Go to Device and Printers in your control panel
2. copy the name of your Gamepad (e.g. Logitech RumblePad 2 USB)
3. open "regedit" (Windows + R)
4. search for the name of the gamepad (STRG + F)
5. Replace all results with "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows" (without ")

und für unsere Deutschen Nutzer

Versucht dieses

1. Geht in Geräte und Drucker unter Systemsteuerung
2. Kopiert den Namen eures Gamepads (z.B. Logitech Rumblepad 2 USB)
3. Öffnet "regedit" (Windows + R)
4. Suche nach dem Namen des Gamepads (STRG + F)
5. Ersetze alle Ergebnisse mit "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows" (ohne ")

i think, there is no other way - Mini Ninjas supports only original xbox gamepads.
Only the Registry-Hack fix this problem.

My Gamepad (Logitech F710) uses the XInput Driver (Xbox), but I also needed the registry hack.

Just a bad move to only support XBox 360 original controllers ... i bought myself a joytech 36o joypad, looks like feels like .,, even it IS a xbox 360 joypad, but guess what i have to do that ♥♥♥♥ registry hack. This is just not acceptable from either eidos the publisher or the creators of the game. Making things easy for the user to play not make them to pay more for ♥♥♥♥ they don't need like a crappy ♥♥♥♥ty xbox joypad. I gonna think twice next time when there is a game wich is labeled from eidos .

I am using a hacked original xbox pad (cut off the bit which plugs into the xbox and re-join to a usb cable) with joytokey 100% successfully with mini ninjas. Takes a bit of setting up but very much worth it as no registry tweaking is required.
