Starscape?

I know it's been a bit, but I've been wondering as to the possibility of Starscape showing up on Steam. I've bought the CD version of it and all, but of course being an addict to Steam like I am, it would be nice to find it available for re-re-purchase via Steam.

Yeah, it's on steam, but would we be able to get it on our account since we've already bought it before it was released on Steam?
