Charcthers are not escaped properly in Steam community RSS feeds

I noticed that a RSS feed for one of my groups broke. When I checked with the RSS validator at W3C I noticed that it was having problem with the ampersand character... which wasn't escaped properly.

So & needs to be written manually as &amp;

Also after manually escaping the ampersand characters in the said announcement, it was still broken. When I checked, I noticed that it cut off the announcement at fairly bad place:

It escaped > properly as &rt;, but cut it off as &r... which broke the feed.

Anyway, I hope this get's fixed as it sure get's old to manually escape ampersand characters in Steam announcements.
