steam account jacked

how long does it usually take for steam to email me back regarding this? I'm sure numerous people have had their accounts hi jacked. How long did it take them to fix it, I already emailed steam.

did you do it by creating a support account from the link above? if so and you got a case number then you need to wait 3/4 days.

if you havent, then you need to click support at the top of the page, create a support account, and make a ticket through that.

It often takes 3-5 working days for steam support to process your ticket? Did you receive a 12 digit confirmation email?

Steam work closely with VAC so I'm sure they could get you removed from Ban Lists etc.

I am not sure where you heard that Noddy, but I dont think that is correct. Regardless though, blub if you sent in a support ticket and got a confirmation, you should hear back from them within the next few days.

Unfortunately not.

In the event that a hijacked Steam account is banned by the Valve Anti-Cheat System, Steam Support can not remove the ban.

steam doesnt work closely with anything. steam is a service, run by valve, as is VAC.

and they wont remove anyone from ban lists.
