3D Realms games not on steam?

I'm sure that Max Payne and Prey used to be available to purchase of steam, anyone know where those games are?

I can't find them in the store :S

I'm from New Zealand, and as far as I know these games aren't banned or anything here...

Same here and from Aus. i bought Prey in stores like in 06 and activated it through steam. I have no idea why some games are region restricted on steam even though they are available in retail stores in those same regions.

It's not an error. It's 2K's (and Take-Two's) policy unfortunately.
