Far cry2 fortunes pack is gone?

I bought far cry 2 fortunes pack for 4 dollars the week it came out, and now i dont have it? I tried finding it on home page to see if i could download it from there again but its not there, it disappeared. The only thing that i can purchase is Far cry 2 fortunes EDITION which is 19 bucks. So what has steam decided that the people who already bought the DLC for 4 dollars got it to cheap? This is bull♥♥♥♥, unless i am completely blind and cant find it. Im not sure about what their terms of agreement are when you purchase things, but im pretty damn sure it doesnt say, " We can take the game you purchased away from you and still keep your money when ever we want, just keep that in mind"

Any suggestions? or any one else have the same issue?
