my game counts portal falls as steps. i thought it wasnt supposed to count portal falls as steps. I cant do really any of the step challenges because of this.

What do you mean?

Like every time you fall through a portal, it counts it?

Or do you mean when you fall through a portal, and land on the ground?

If you have a portal on two pieces of ground and keep jumping between them, then shoot a portal on the ceiling as you come out of one, it won't count it as a step.
