ArmA II 50% off not being promoted on the first page

What's the point of a major price cut if you're not gonna publicize it?

I can see it on the front page the way all weekend deals are being displayed(Israel).

When there are multiple spotlight items at a time, they randomly cycle if you refresh the page.

He has a point in that Steam could use a redesign to show more than one or two deals at a time constantly, since that is becomming more common.

Since MW2 is a Steamworks game I assume it is in Valve's best interest to market it heavily, and I assume it was part of the agreement.
