Top 5 horror games on Steam

I love horror/adventure games, and we got a few gems here on Steam. What games (on Steam) make you want to hide under the covers? Here's my Top 5 list;

#1 Penumbra Overture
#2 Call of Cthulhu
#3 Penumbra Black Plague
#4 Dead Space
#5 Cold Fear (once you get used to the controls)

None.

The only horror games that ever really get me are the Clock Tower series, which Steam lacks.

The only game on Steam which is scary and is horror in my opinion is F.E.A.R 2.

The whole Penumbra series only scared me for the first ten minutes. Then I was all like "Allright, we got some dogs and some wierdoes who can hurt me, everything else is just F.E.A.R.-like whisper bull, let's get on with the puzzles."

FEAR2 got me spooked a few times, but it was more of a "BOO!!! I scared you!"-moments. Penumbra are more of a subtle type of scare, kinda like Silent Hill (at least the first three).

Condemned is very scary but afaik not on Steam. Dead Space and Doom 3 have their moments too. Then theres FEAR and FEAR 2, both good but the first one better.

I have Condemned on 360 and would absolutely LOVE to get it on Steam, so I can play with keyboard/mouse.
